Introduction to the concepts and the theory of UX - "What is the value of UX?"

(GV Monday) "meet the clients" - Presented with a client's pitch for an app - what needs to be considered?

We will spend the next few days thinking about this idea and applying core UX strategies, in order to understand better the clients needs, alongside realistic development goals.
