Weeks 9-10

These are your last two weeks of this part of FAC's journey so

WELL DONE!!!

In the next two weeks you will be introduced to the core concepts and ideas of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.

The project this week is a long-ish 'sprint' (Fri till Wed), and it will incorporate all the knowledge you have learned in the past few weeks.

Schedule

Tuesday (13/12):

• 10.00 - 11.00 -- UX/UI Introduction with Harry
• 11.00 - 13.00 -- Introduction to the project - Meet the clients
• 14.00 - 15.30 -- User research and User personas workshop
• 15.30 - 18.00 -- research topics

Wednesday:

• 10.00 - 11.00 -- Presentations of research topics
• 11.00 - 12.00 -- "Dont make me think!" walk-through with Noga
• 12.00 - 13.00 -- 'Ideation' (from Google Venture)
• 14.00 onwards -- 'Decide' (from Google Venture)

Thursday

• 10.00 - 11.00 -- "Designing with performance in mind" walk-through with Sofia
• 11.00 - onward -- Prototype and prepare for user testing

Friday

• 10.00 - 15.00 -- User testing (4 Groups - 4 test users)
• 15:00 - 16:00 -- Presentations
• 16.00 - 17.30 -- Now make it! Four 4 people projects, based on learned technologies and UX/UI design principles learned.
• 17.30 -- Secret Santa!!!

Monday - Tuesday

• Working on project

Wednesday

• 10.00 - 11.30 -- code review
• 11.30 - 13.00 -- Respond to issues
• 14.00 - 15.00 -- Cohort Stop Go Continue
• 15.00 - 16.30 -- Presentations
• 16.30 - 17.30 -- Team Stop Go Continue
• 17.30 - 18.00 -- Clean the space for xmass!! and the fridge.
